I attempted to move Triathlon Radio over to a new server, and I accidentally deleted all of my audio files. I contacted the old host the following day, but they had already written over the tape backup. So they are lost… UNLESS YOU CAN HELP…
Do you have any of the episodes? I “might” have some on disk, maybe all, but I’m frantically looking through my CDs and haven’t come across them yet. If you an help in any way, I would owe you big time. It is not the end of the world for me if these are gone, but then, it would be because I see how many downloads I was still getting, and I get many emails thanking me for Triathlon Radio. I would hate for it to die prematurely.
Thanks for any help you an give,
Jeremy Vaught

Hello everyone, I am starting something new, I have teamed up with some other podcasters, mentioned below, to form a new show about cycling called The Spokesmen. I’m putting the first episode that I am in, which is episode two, and I’m putting it in the feed. This is the only episdoe I plan on putting in the feed, so if you enjoy the show, be sure to go the the-spokesmen.com and subscribe.
Also, I will come out with a new Triathlon Radio soon, so thanks for hanging in there, and thank you to all the new subscribers.
My friend Steve the Italian sent me this link to a You Tube video of Lance Armstrong doing the Alpe D’Huez in 2001, the one with “The Look.” It got my heart rate up so I thought I would share,… enjoy.
I’m always looking for listeners or others to interview, so please contact me if you would like to accept your 15 minutes of fame.
Congratulations to Becky in Seattle for a great job in her first 5k recently, on her way to her first triathlon. First tri coming on August 20th!

I also mention a listener Nicole’s blog which can be found here. She is working on her first triathlon and has some very good insight about adding triathlon to enhance her other athletic activities, rather than an end it itself. Check it out.
