Cool cycling video
My friend Steve the Italian sent me this link to a You Tube video of Lance Armstrong doing the Alpe D’Huez in 2001, the one with “The Look.” It got my heart rate up so I thought I would share,… enjoy.

Dude, where’s your podcast?
I listened, liked it, I took you to Thailand, we had fun, then you don’t reply to my email, you don’t post on your website, you don’t do it live to your hard drive…
You’re not dead are you? That would be awful.
Next step: I’m calling Annie form train2race.com to check if you’re OK. If she says she made you train so hard you can’t pick up an iRiver then OK.

Dude,
I’m still here. My apologies. I had a vacation and I’ve been really really busy, but am working to get something out soon. I’m not dead, I didn’t train too hard, and I’m going through my email right now. I only have a few left, so I should be able to figure out who this is
Thanks for caring! Thanks for the nudge, I’ll be back soon!

WOW
That’s a wow race. I am kevin. I was really excited while watching that post. I am new to triathlon. Frankly, I know nothing about it. That’s the idea boomed up when I got my diving licence. That’s fascinating. For me, if i could be an ironman by the time I graduate from my uni. Think about it.
Thanks Jeremy. Could you tell me more about it via email. Tell me something like what should i do as a beginner.
I do jogging several times a week. And swim almost 4 times a weeks. Just for fun.

What a shame that most of these comments are spam. I really enjoy your podcast, Jeremy. Keep it up, it makes my trainer rides much more bearable!
