Ok, version 2. The first version I put out was messed up at some point in my playing with the file to make it sound better. I accidentally moved over a section of audio, so it was stepping on other parts of audio. bad, bad, bad. I have corrected the problem and am uploading the file right now.(or more likely, by the time you read this, it will have been uploaded, or more likely than that, you are only here because you downloaded the first one and are looking for information on how to get a fixed one)
If you did indeed download the first version, the messed up one, just redownload the newest file in the feed, or directly from this post, click on the podcast graphic. The correct version has a “v2″ at the end of the file and in the ID3 tags.
If you are saying to yourself, “What’s all the hubbub, Bub?” you can go down to the first post I made for episode 008, and download it, and listen to it. I have left it on the server as a monument to my lack of an ability to get this right. (Although some may say it is an improvement over the ‘right’ one)
Now I’m going to attempt to list the stuff that I referred to in the show:(carried over from a previous post)
LifespringPodcast.com - Steve Webb, the nicest guy in podcasting!
TheFredCast.com - The cycling podcast I mentioned
TrainRight.com - Chris Carmichael’s Training System
Train2Race.com - My new coach
Get your Geek On - Another triathlon podcast
SimplyStu.com - Another triathlon podcast
The BeginnerTriathlete.com article
TheMShow.com - 10 minutes of talk, news, and entertainment
Comedy4Cast.com - Comedy, in 4 minutes or less (more or less)
The music is from the Podsafe Music Network.

I just started listening to my show, and realized I have a problem with my audio file. I removed it from the feed and am working on the problem.
Stay tuned.
Whew! It is currently 1:24am in Orange County as I am typing this. The show is uploading right now. I was going to split the work of this show up into two days, but I realized that I did do last weeks show, so this is it, and I need to pick another two days to do this weeks show. I have the OCPodcasters Meetup on Wednesday, and although incredible to attend, it does take an entire evening.
On top of that, I’m starting my new workout plan this week, so I don’t want to take any time away from that.

Thanks for coming to the site. If you like what I am doing, or kind of like it, but would like to see some changes, let me know at TriathlonRadio@gmail.com. You are the show, I’m just the bozo behind the microphone, so help give direction to your show.
This episode is about the run/walk plan that I used to get started running, and have assisted some others to get started running with this plan. I’ve got 15 things going at once, so let me come back and post the show notes in a bit…… Stay tuned.
Better late than never! I appologize for not updating the blog until now. As it turns out, podcasting takes time. And if you are here, your are probably know of some other things that take a large amount of time. Yeah, I’m talking about the subject of my podcast, triathlon. However, I have recieved such great feedback from a few of you, that I am very encouraged to continue. Thanks to those of you that have sent me email, voted and commented on PodcastAlley.com, and put a comment on iTunes. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate those comments. Feedback is the way I know about what is good and bad about what I am doing, and also helps give direction to the show.
Thanks again, I’m writing this on February 15, 2006, but the show has been out since the first of this month. So let this be a lesson to you, if you download the show from the website, you are probably going to be better off by subscribing. And if you don’t know how to do that, email me at triathlonradio@gmail.com.
